Practical Support for Real Change

Working together is a collaborative process. We will look at what is happening now, what you have already tried, what is getting in the way, and what kind of support will actually be useful.

Depending on your needs, we may focus on psychedelic preparation and integration, DBT-based emotional wellness coaching, BPD-related support, or a combination of these areas.

You can work with me through individual sessions or choose a longer package for more consistent support.

Getting Started

1. Schedule a Discovery Call

New clients begin with a Discovery Call, unless you are seeking a one time consultation and don’t wish to have a discovery call first.

We will talk briefly about what you are looking for, which service you are interested in, and whether working together feels like a good fit. From there, we will decide which path makes the most sense.

2. Choose the Right Path

What happens next depends on the type of support you need.

For coaching or psychedelic preparation and integration:
The next step is a Get-to-Know-You Session. This gives us time to look more closely at what is happening, what you have already tried, what you want to work on, and the level of support you may need. This is a 2.5 hour session spent getting to know each other and solidifying that I am a good fit for what you’re seeking.

For a one-time consultation:
You do not need a Get-to-Know-You Session. During the Discovery Call, we will identify the type of consultation you need, and you can move directly to scheduling that appointment. You do not need to do a Discovery Call if you know which type of consultation you need.

3. Begin Your Services

For coaching or psychedelic support:
After the Get-to-Know-You Session, we will choose the type and level of support that best fits your needs. This may be individual sessions, a three- or six-month coaching package, or the short-term psychedelic preparation and integration package.

For consultation:
You will attend the one-time consultation you selected during the Discovery Call. If you later decide that you want additional support, we can discuss whether coaching, psychedelic preparation and integration, or another service would be a good fit. If you can decide which type of consultation is appropriate, you do not need to attend a discovery call and can just schedule a consultation.

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

A psychedelic experience can be meaningful, confusing, beautiful, difficult, disappointing—or several of those things at the same time.

Preparation is not about trying to control the experience. It is about understanding why you are choosing it, looking honestly at your emotional readiness, preparing for what may come up, and making sure you have appropriate support in place.

Integration is what happens afterward. It gives you a place to talk through the experience, sort through what felt important, and decide what you want to bring into your life moving forward.

Preparation May Include

  • Exploring your intentions and expectations

  • Talking through fears or concerns

  • Looking at emotional readiness and available support

  • Identifying patterns that may come up during the experience

  • Learning grounding and distress-tolerance skills

  • Preparing for difficult emotions, memories, or uncertainty

  • Planning for the first few days afterward

  • Creating an initial integration plan

Integration May Include

  • Processing a meaningful, confusing, or difficult experience

  • Exploring emotions or memories that came up

  • Identifying recurring themes and patterns

  • Separating useful insight from impulsive conclusions

  • Turning insight into realistic action

  • Using the weeks following the experience intentionally

  • Creating a personalized integration plan

  • Identifying when therapy, medical care, or additional support may be needed

Individual Psychedelic Support Session — $175

A focused 50-minute preparation or integration session.

This may be appropriate when you have a specific concern, need support processing an experience, or want help with one part of your preparation or integration process.

New clients must complete a Discovery Call and Get-to-Know-You Session before scheduling an individual support session.

The Supported Journey Package

A six-week program offering thoughtful preparation, legal psilocybin facilitation through an Oregon-licensed facilitator, and continued integration support after your experience.

The program is designed to provide more than a single journey day. We spend time preparing beforehand, identifying what you want to work on, developing a personalized support plan, and making sure you have the tools and information you need. Afterward, we continue meeting to process the experience and begin applying what came up to your everyday life.

Included

  • Three 60-minute preparation sessions

  • Legal facilitation with an Oregon-licensed psilocybin facilitator

  • Coordination between your facilitator and integration coach

  • My participation in the preparation and integration process

  • My presence as an approved support person during the administration session, when permitted and agreed upon

  • A check-in after the journey day

  • Three 60-minute integration sessions

  • Relevant worksheets, handouts, and preparation resources

  • A personalized plan for continuing your integration work

Not Included

  • The cost of the psilocybin product

  • The licensed service center’s room or administration fee

  • Transportation to and from the service center

  • Lodging, meals, or other travel-related expenses

  • Medical care, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment

  • Additional coaching or integration sessions beyond the six sessions included in the program

Service-center and psilocybin product costs are paid separately and vary based on the service center, product, and dosage selected.

DBT-Based Emotional Wellness Coaching

You may already understand why you respond the way you do. You may have been in therapy, read the books, learned the terminology, and become very good at explaining your patterns.

But understanding something and being able to change it are not always the same thing.

This work is focused on what happens next. We look at what is getting in the way, which skills may actually help, and how to use them in your real life—not just understand them intellectually.

My coaching is informed by extensive training and experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, behavior change, and emotional regulation.

We May Work On

  • Managing intense emotions

  • Getting through difficult moments without making things worse

  • Recognizing emotional and behavioral patterns

  • Reducing impulsive or self-defeating reactions

  • Communicating more effectively

  • Setting and maintaining boundaries

  • Managing conflict

  • Improving relationships

  • Strengthening identity and self-trust

  • Making decisions without immediately reacting to emotion

  • Turning insight into practical action

  • Creating structure, accountability, and follow-through

Individual Coaching Session — $175

A focused 50-minute coaching session for a specific issue, skill, decision, or current situation.

Individual sessions may be a good fit when you want support as needed, are working on something specific, or have completed a longer package and want occasional follow-up.

New clients must begin with a Discovery Call and Get-to-Know-You Session.

Three-Month Coaching Package — $1,900*

Consistent support for people who want enough time to understand what is happening, learn and practice new skills, and begin creating meaningful change.

The package includes 11 sessions to be used during the three-month period. This allows us to maintain consistency while also building in flexibility for holidays, travel, illness, and weeks when a session may not be needed.

Six-Month Coaching Package — $3,700*

Longer-term support for people working with more established emotional, behavioral, or relationship patterns.

Six months gives us more time to identify patterns, practice new skills, work through setbacks, and make adjustments as your needs change. It may be especially helpful when you are working with BPD-related patterns, intense emotions, relationship instability, or changes following a significant psychedelic experience.

The package includes 22 sessions to be used during the six-month period. It provides continuity without requiring that we meet every single week.

*Monthly Payment Plans are available.

Consultation Services

Borderline Personality Disorder is frequently misunderstood, particularly when intense emotions, relationship patterns, safety concerns, and psychedelic experiences overlap.

I offer one-time consultation services for individuals, families, psychedelic facilitators, therapists, coaches, and other professionals who need specialized guidance related to BPD, emotional dysregulation, or psychedelic preparation and support.

Consultations are focused, practical, and tailored to the specific questions or situation you bring. They do not require a Get-to-Know-You Session or an ongoing coaching commitment.

BPD Consultation for Individuals

This consultation is for people who have a BPD diagnosis, identify with BPD-related patterns, or are trying to better understand their emotional and relationship experiences.

We may discuss:

  • Emotional and behavioral patterns

  • Relationship conflict or instability

  • Impulsive reactions and difficult decisions

  • DBT-based skills that may be helpful

  • Questions about treatment or available support

  • Preparing for a conversation with a therapist or another provider

  • Whether coaching or another type of service may be appropriate

This is not a diagnostic assessment or psychotherapy. It is an opportunity to better understand what is happening and identify possible next steps.

Consultation for Parents, Partners, and Families

Loving someone who experiences intense emotions can be confusing and exhausting. You may find yourself walking on eggshells, repeatedly having the same arguments, trying to prevent a crisis, or questioning whether your response is helping or making the situation worse.

A family consultation may help you:

  • Better understand BPD and emotional dysregulation

  • Recognize the cycle happening within the relationship

  • Respond without unnecessarily escalating the situation

  • Communicate more clearly

  • Set appropriate and sustainable boundaries

  • Understand validation without confusing it with agreement

  • Identify what is and is not within your control

  • Decide what additional professional support may be needed

Family consultation is educational and supportive. It is not family therapy or treatment for the person you are concerned about.

Professional BPD Consultation

I provide professional consultation for therapists, coaches, psychedelic facilitators, service centers, and other providers who are considering working with—or are already supporting—a person with BPD or significant emotional dysregulation.

You may schedule a consultation if you are:

  • Deciding whether a prospective client is within your scope

  • Unsure whether you have the experience or support needed to work with the client

  • Preparing to facilitate a psychedelic experience for someone with BPD

  • Concerned about emotional instability, impulsivity, attachment, boundaries, or crisis risk

  • Trying to create a more appropriate preparation or integration plan

  • Experiencing challenges within the professional relationship

  • Looking for help responding to intense communication or relationship dynamics

  • Deciding whether another provider should be involved

  • Needing support after a difficult or destabilizing psychedelic experience

  • Seeking a BPD-informed perspective without transferring the client’s ongoing care

Professional consultation is collaborative and nonjudgmental. The goal is not simply to determine whether someone with BPD should or should not receive services. It is to look carefully at the individual situation, the provider’s scope and experience, the support available, and what would be needed to move forward responsibly.

Professional consultation does not replace clinical supervision, legal advice, medical assessment, emergency services, or the provider’s own professional judgment and ethical responsibilities.

Individual Consultation — $175

Consultations are focused, one-time appointments based on the specific question or situation you want to address.

Every new consultation client begins with a Discovery Call. During that call, we will identify the type of consultation you need and determine whether I am the right person to provide it. You can then move directly to scheduling your consultation without completing a Get-to-Know-You Session.

If additional support would be useful afterward, we can discuss another consultation or whether coaching, psychedelic preparation and integration, or another service would be a better fit.

BPD & Psychedelic Readiness Assessment — $250

This service is for someone with BPD or significant emotional dysregulation who is considering a psychedelic experience and wants a more specialized review of their readiness, risks, strengths, and support needs.

The assessment may explore:

  • Your reasons for considering a psychedelic experience

  • Current emotional stability

  • Recent crises, impulsive behavior, or major life changes

  • Expectations about what the experience may accomplish

  • Coping and distress-tolerance skills

  • Relationship and attachment patterns that may affect the experience

  • Available support before and after the experience

  • Your plan for preparation and integration

  • Concerns that should be discussed with a licensed medical or mental health provider

  • Whether additional support should be in place before moving forward

Following the assessment, I will discuss my observations and recommendations with you. This may include moving forward with additional preparation, strengthening your support plan, involving another provider, postponing the experience, or exploring another form of support.

This assessment does not provide medical or psychological clearance, guarantee readiness, or replace screening required by a licensed psilocybin facilitator, service center, medical provider, or mental health professional.

One Session or Ongoing Support?

You do not have to know which option you need before contacting me.

An individual session may be enough when you have a specific question, need help with one situation, or want occasional support after completing a package.

A package may make more sense when you are working with long-standing emotional or relationship patterns, preparing for and integrating a psychedelic experience, or want the consistency and accountability of ongoing work.

We will talk through these options during the Discovery Call and Get-to-Know-You Session. I will make a recommendation, but the final decision about how you want to move forward is yours.

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Although I have a master’s degree in Professional Counseling and worked as a licensed professional counselor for many years, I am not currently practicing as a therapist.

Services through Inner Dimensions are coaching-based, educational, and focused on your present needs, practical skills, decision-making, preparation, integration, and the changes you want to make moving forward.

Coaching does not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, clinical treatment, crisis services, or treatment of a mental health disorder.

You can work with me while also working with a licensed therapist. For people experiencing significant mental health symptoms, trauma-related symptoms, suicidality, or instability, I may recommend that coaching be used alongside therapy rather than in place of it.

Let’s Start With a Conversation

You do not have to choose the perfect service before reaching out.

Schedule a Discovery Call, tell me what is happening and what you are looking for, and we will decide whether working together makes sense.
