Support for meaningful, lasting change

Psychedelic preparation and integration, DBT-based emotional wellness coaching, and specialized support for people living with intense emotions, difficult relationship patterns, or Borderline Personality Disorder.

You do not have to figure out what comes next by yourself.

When insight alone is not enough…

You may already understand where your patterns come from. You may have spent years in therapy, read the books, learned the terminology, and become very good at explaining why you feel the way you do.

But understanding something and being able to change it are not always the same thing.

Inner Dimensions Integration is for people who want help turning insight into something they can actually use in their lives. I work with people who are preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences, as well as people who want practical support with emotional regulation, relationships, identity, boundaries, and creating meaningful change.

My approach is structured, compassionate, honest, and grounded in both extensive professional experience and an understanding of how complicated change can actually be.

Ways to Work with Me

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

A psychedelic experience can open a door, but the experience itself does not automatically create lasting change.

Preparation helps you enter the experience with greater clarity, realistic expectations, emotional tools, and a plan for support. Integration helps you understand what happened, work with what came up, and bring meaningful insights into your everyday life.

Support is available whether you are preparing for a legal psilocybin experience, working with another psychedelic in a legal setting, or trying to make sense of an experience that has already happened.

Emotional Wellness & DBT-Based Coaching

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from better emotional skills.

This work uses practical concepts and skills drawn from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, behavior change, and more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate intense emotions and complicated patterns.

We may work on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, boundaries, communication, identity, relationships, impulsive behavior, or breaking cycles that no longer work for you.

Consultation Services

Borderline Personality Disorder is one of the most misunderstood and stigmatized mental health diagnoses.

It can also be incredibly confusing for both the person living with it and the people who love them.

I offer specialized consultation for adults with BPD traits or a BPD diagnosis, as well as parents, partners, and family members who want to better understand what is happening and how to respond more effectively.

This is practical, educational support focused on increasing understanding, reducing unhelpful cycles, and identifying clear next steps.

Experience matters—especially with complex emotional needs

I am a therapist-turned-coach with a master’s degree in Professional Counseling and approximately 16 years of experience specializing in Borderline Personality Disorder and complex emotional and behavioral patterns.

Before moving into coaching and psychedelic education, I worked in hospitals, community mental health, private practice, and a county jail. My clinical training included Dialectical Behavior Therapy through Behavioral Tech, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Beck Institute, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

My work later expanded into psychedelic preparation, integration, education, and Oregon’s legal psilocybin system. I co-founded The Journey Service Center, helped establish an equity program intended to increase access to legal psilocybin services, and taught future psilocybin facilitators through Emerald Valley Institute.

Inner Dimensions Integration brings these parts of my background together: emotional and behavioral skills, psychedelic preparation and integration, and an understanding of the complexity that does not always fit neatly inside one diagnosis or treatment model.
